Reeds Lake House

A contemporary interpretation of a full time residence overlooking a natural lake on the east coast of Michigan. The solid masses of concrete and wood provide shelter and thermal mass for the house to better self-regulate temperature during the hot summers and harsh winters. The large covered expanses of glass provide uninterrupted views of the lake and forest in the distance.
